Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions when she was just 16 years old. Then she received her Pro Card in the year following aged 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness competitions as a teenager. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old, she won her pro card. She was one of the smallest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel spent six years away from the stage once she earned the Pro Card required to complete her undergraduate studies. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up the point where she had left participating in elite competitions like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued for a few more years and set new targets each year. As of the year 2009's end, she had won several fitness awards. The 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) ever. Ariel was able to take 6 years before completing her studies after earning the Pro Card. Her return came in October 2015 to compete in her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she was 3rd overall at the event. The summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage two months later and took home the 6th position in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. It was a battle against the top athletes. Ariel's physical condition continues to improve every year. Ariel likes to exercise her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups on a machine in addition to bent-over row. A typical warm-up is done before the actual workout. Ariel is also efficient with time. She does this by executing supersettings for all the back exercises she does. This is typically three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
